Faster, stronger, and by far funnier looking than their human counterparts, the new Navy SEALS of the 22nd century are also just as intelligent, cunning, devoted, and quirky...and they'll need to be in order to protect the world from the new evils of a very new world, which just happens to include some of the most intelligent and powerful humans ever...oh yeah, and a few highly evolved and real nasty polar bears like this guy here!
This very different Navy SEALS team consists of seven young seals, each with their own unique characteristics and abilities. They are:
Groomed to be the field-team leader from the outset as his “Quarterback” name implies, he understands the X’s and O’s of Special Forces strategy better than the rest. QB is the straight arrow of the group, the All-American athlete type, who can sometimes be too cocky for his own good.
Largest and strongest of the seals who also has the shortest fuse. A scruffy looking character, Angus speaks as if he hails from the Australian Outback, a trait assimilated from his mentor. He is the team weapons expert, knowledgeable in all of the Navy’s futuristic weaponry.
Sauce is a portly seal with a knack for grasping the advanced air, land, and sea vehicles of this time and serves as the team pilot. He got his nickname from his love of Italian food and is generally considered the best natured, lovable, and occasionally dopey team member.
Laid back, fun loving seal that amazingly never shows any signs of tension or worry, an attitude picked up from his Hawaiian born instructor. While extremely athletic – a trait demonstrated by his fantastic surfing abilities – he also isn’t shy about kicking his feet back on a sunny arctic beach in his spare time. Wipeout is also the team’s expert in Marine biology – a useful trait when facing mutated sea creatures.
“Loose cannon” is the best way to describe this seal that speaks with a Southern twang and wears a cowboy’s hat. Nicknamed Reb after his high pitched shriek reminiscent of the rebel yell, his recklessness often spells trouble for the team. However, his unique tracking ability, knowledge of underwater topography, instinct for sensing trouble, and stealth-like moves, makes him an invaluable team member.
Aptly named for the patch of white fur on the top of her head, Snowcap is the team science expert, educated in advanced chemistry and physics. Having been trained by a sailor of Native American descent who came from a line of Indian Shamans, she was also taught ancient mystical secrets, that when combined with her knowledge of science, makes her one of the most resourceful seals.
She is the most intelligent seal, a nano-technology and quantum computing expert, proficient in all the advanced software of the 22nd century. In addition to the video/audio communication implants that each seal has, Nikki was given a neurological implant that allows her to communicate directly with their main computer, making a library of data available to her at anytime. Nikki was also trained as a martial arts and short-sword expert by her Japanese descended instructor who named her after a noble woman of ancient Japanese literature.
This motley group of heroic Navy Seals is commanded by Admiral Winston, the wise old walrus. Found decades earlier by the Navy when the same accident that transformed him and the seals into intelligent creatures propelled him into the past, he would prepare the Navy for the seal’s eventual “arrival.” With an aptitude for naval tactics, he was trained as an officer and eventually became an admiral. Winston is a very friendly but tough walrus with a regal attitude and English mannerisms assimilated from the British-American officer appointed as his mentor.
Allies & Accessories
Together, these strange creatures make up the most formidable Special Forces team the world has ever known, defending it from the new faces of evil in the 22nd century! Speaking of which…
The Navy SEALS Task Force of the 22nd century doesn’t get by with just a motley bunch of seals and one walrus. In addition to the full might of the U.S. Navy behind them, the Task Force is supported by a few other unusual additions to the military, as well as some advanced vehicles, weaponry and artificial intelligence built specifically for them. These consist of a squad of unruly penguins, a stable of the world’s largest seahorses, the Marine Otters – the Seal’s counterparts in that branch of service, an incredible battleship/submarine known as the U.S.S. Leviathan, and more.

The Navy Seals will encounter hordes of villainous people and strange creatures on their adventures, but will be persistently plagued by the following two evil groups:
Lord Bane and his Disciples of Time
Rising from the ashes of their own military experiment gone wrong, a group of scientists and military police find themselves evolved to the peak of evolutionary perfection, yet driven mad by the experiment's side affects.
With their newfound superior intelligence and physical improvements, they develop weapons and exoskeleton armor that are way beyond the technology of the 22nd century to further enhance their capabilities. These ten unique beings consist of:
The undisputed leader and most powerful telepath among them, Bane is a self-proclaimed demigod. He has telekinetic powers, including the ability to project psychic force fields. Severely bitter towards his fellow man during his prior life, his bitterness was replaced by a diabolical madness following his transformation.
A former Navy SEAL, his in-depth knowledge of Navy SEALS operations makes him indispensable. He is a fierce killing machine with a powerful polar bear claw where his right hand used to be (grown during his transformation from the DNA traces of the bear that severed it). He also grew a long thick lock of hair in the back of his head which he could mentally control like a limb, making up for the lost dexterity of his severed hand.
An enlisted man whose strange transformation left him with an immense protruding forehead that is in no way indicative of the amount of intelligence he gained. In fact, he has the least evolved intellect, and thus is considered the weakest link of the group. Flat on top and tough as steel he uses his forehead like a sledgehammer, inflicting devastating blows to his victims or objects in his way.
A military guard that became vastly strong with immense hands that are out of proportion even with his giant body, giving him an inescapable, crushing grip. Hideous scars sweep across his face and body – the result of polar bear strikes that would have killed him if not for the evolution effect. As a mercenary that had infiltrated the base to spy for the world’s most powerful criminal organization, he remains hesitantly loyal to Bane.
The second strongest telepath, she is also the closest to Bane, a relationship which she uses to assert her position within the group. A beautiful specimen of evolutionary perfection, and as wicked as her name implies, she uses her seductive looks and telepathic powers to lure in male victims like the Sirens from ancient mythology.
A child prodigy, she became Bane’s protégé at the research site at a young age. Also a victim of the polar bear attack, Spectrum lost her left eye. Using her super evolved intellect she fashioned a crystal eye that not only gave her sight back in that eye, but also enabled her to see the entire light spectrum, as well as focus light into laser beams. She is second-in-command but harbors a deep-seeded jealousy of Bane’s leadership.
Athletically inclined to begin with, this military guard’s transmutation increased her physical abilities ten-fold and she now has complete control over her entire physiology, down to a cellular level. This enables her to perform gymnastic feats, move quickly as lightning, and maintain complete control over her vital signs. On top of this she has a mastery of daggers and short swords – a combination of skills which makes her a deadly assassin.
An expert in Thermodynamics, this Russian scientist’s obsession with his field became pyromania once insanity had settled in. Able to take his work to a new level following his transformation, he built a suit of armor, tougher than steel but flexible as his own skin, which enables him to harness energy from fire to nuclear forces. He is the most deranged and volatile member, yielding some of its most awesome power!
With a cold personality Jack lived up to his profession as a cryogenics engineer. Even with the onset of dementia he remained closed and indifferent however, the mind of a madman was hard at work underneath. Drawing upon his expertise and newfound intellect he created armor that both harnessed the power of absolute zero and protected him from any degree of cold, projecting beams that slowed down molecules to freezing points.
A brilliant young mechanical engineer, he used his new intellect to build an amazing mechanized exoskeleton that allows him to slice through the water at super speeds, while telepathically controlling the minds of sharks, a creature feared by seals everywhere. The Disciples can breathe underwater but he took to the sea like he was born in it, patrolling the oceans around the group’s underwater lair like a shark silently hunting prey.

The Polar Bear Legion
In the Arctic Regions of the world, polar bears and seals are mortal enemies with the polar bears usually getting the upper hand. However, a certain group of polar bears will wish they never met the Seals of the 22nd century!
Following Dr. Bane’s discovery of the unusual evolution altering affect brought on by the space-warp experiment, he decided to test it on polar bears which were plentiful near their Arctic base. The polar bears became more massive, learning to walk upright and were now as intelligent as modern humans. As the scientists began to grow mad from the experiment’s side effects, they saw the mutated bears as a way of creating an army of powerful slaves and began transforming many more. During one attempt, with the largest bear on the island, the creature went berserk destroying the machine, nearly killing some of the scientists and guards and setting off a chain reaction that “evolutionized” every creature on and around the island.

Led by the ferocious Battlecry, who got his name for his spine tingling roar; the Polar Bear Legion has molded themselves into a sound military machine. In the wake of the destruction of the base they stole weapons, communications equipment, and even commandeered a naval vessel. Their ranks grew when they joined up with other intelligent polar bears on the island that had been transformed in the explosion that engulfed the entire island and part of the surrounding sea. Instilled by the actions of the scientists with a hatred of humanity and a belief that given a chance mankind would try to enslave them again, their aim is to strike first and carve out a piece of the civilized world for themselves by displacing small human settlements, so they can grow their unique population.
